They faced significant challenges back in 2012. Competition was increasing, as was a new medical option: free- standing ERs. They invested in listening more deliberately to San Antonians. They learned they had overwhelming brand awareness, but significant lack of brand clarity. Patients knew what Texas MedClinic did if they’d been there before. But most had no idea the full complement of medical services available.
