In 2012, Texas MedClinic realized they were facing increased competition and decreased brand clarity. In other words, people knew their name, but not their services. This meant potential patients were going elsewhere, like to one of the newly-established area clinics.
Texas MedClinic brought on BTYcreative to increase brand awareness and clarity. To provide the most effective services, BTYcreative conducted qualitative and quantitative research studies to monitor public perception, and used the information collected to bolster Texas MedClinic’s reputation in the communities. Throughout our multi-year relationship, we have walked alongside Texas MedClinic, steering them to the forefront of a cluttered, segmented industry.
What they needed was a clear, relatable voice. Their 40-year history, combined with simple, clever messaging re-established Texas MedClinic as the premier urgent care clinic choice for Central and South Texans.
This partnership further served the community when, in 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic emerged. BTYcreative was able to quickly and responsively create messaging for Texas MedClinic that informed the public about the virus without adding to the fear of the pandemic. They quickly became an authority on how to safeguard against the virus, and were among the leaders in the San Antonio area for COVID-19 testing and vaccines.
